Processing Time

Place your order by 2:00 PM AEST/AEDT on a business day, and we’ll ship it the same day - payment confirmation in hand. Orders made after this time will head out the next business day. We'll make sure to notify you once your order is on its way.


About Pre-Orders

Orders that include pre-order items will be held until everything is ready to ship. If you’d like to receive the in-stock items first, just give us a shout, and we’ll split your order. Please note, this might mean an extra shipping charge, but we'll keep it as low as possible.


Shipping Cost

Delivery fees are calculated based on your order's size, weight, and delivery location.

For individual items, use the "Shipping Estimator" on the product page for a quick quote. When ordering multiple items, pop them all in your cart and head over to the Shopping Cart page - our 'Estimate Shipping' feature will give you a combined cost for your entire order, just enter your postcode and country. Or, if you prefer, proceed to checkout, and upon confirming your address, all available shipping methods and their costs will be displayed.

While Australia Post offers a guarantee for next business day delivery within their Express Post Delivery Network, there are instances where deliveries may not arrive as scheduled. Unfortunately, we cannot assume responsibility for these delays. Despite Australia Post's policy advising recipients to contact the sender for claims, our experience has shown that compensation for these delays is not provided by Australia Post. We appreciate your understanding as we navigate these service limitations.

Shipping Options and Conditions:

  • Signature Requirement: All deliveries (except Regular Post) require a signature upon receipt, unless you specify an Authority to Leave (ATL) during checkout. If you're not home, you can instruct us to leave the package at your door by adding a note like 'Please leave at the front door if not home' in the order comments. However, if you opt for ATL or 'Safe Drop', and your order is lost after being marked as delivered, we cannot provide further support. The risk associated with leaving parcels unattended will be your responsibility.

  • Extra-Large Items and Remote Areas: For orders including items over 105cm in length (like some 1/200 battleship model kits) headed to remote areas, an additional shipping cost may apply. This is due to the need for special courier services when Australia Post or Aramex Courier cannot accommodate the shipment. We will cover more than 50% of this extra cost, ensuring the additional amount you pay is kept to a minimum. This condition also applies to orders with Free Shipping.

  • Free Shipping: Orders eligible for Free Shipping will be dispatched via our chosen carrier, currently either Australia Post or Aramex Courier. This offer is valid for locations accessible by these services, which may not include some extremely remote areas. If unsure about your eligibility, please contact us before ordering. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered at a reasonable cost.

** Please note, we are not liable for any duty and customs charges that may arise when shipping to certain destination countries. These charges are typically unavoidable. In cases where non-delivery occurs because the recipient refuses to pay these duty/customs charges, we are unable to offer reimbursement. We strongly advise being fully aware of these conditions when selecting this shipping method.

* Delivery times are an estimate only. Delivery time does not include any time parcels may spend in the destination countries customs service.

Note:
Please be aware, if your order includes any extra-large items over 105cm in length (such as certain 1/200 scale battleship model kits) or if the total girth of the parcel exceeds 140cm, additional shipping charges may apply. This situation arises when the package dimensions exceed Australia Post's handling capacity, necessitating the use of a courier service like UPS for delivery. Rest assured, we are committed to keeping your costs as low as possible, covering more than 50% of the additional shipping expenses to minimize the impact on you.

  

Packaging

All items sold are securely packed in durable carton boxes, supplemented with essential buffering materials for added protection. To ensure each parcel remains well-sealed throughout its journey, we employ a combination of paper and plastic tape. Below is a photo of a sample parcel box for your reference.

Delivery Problems

Before dispatch, we meticulously inspect each order to ensure accuracy and excellent condition. However, should you encounter any discrepancies or issues upon receipt, please reach out to us immediately. Rest assured, we will address the matter promptly, with any necessary additional postage costs borne by us.

Should your order not arrive within the expected time frame, there’s no need for concern. Simply contact us, and we will provide assistance at the earliest opportunity.

NOTE: In instances where a package is returned or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, there will be additional charges for re-delivery.
