Toms Modelworks 700-12 1/700 Franklin D Roosevelt 1957

This kit models Franklin D Roosevelt just after her SCB110 modernization which added an angled landing deck among other improvements. The 17 inch long hull and flight deck are beautifully cast in resin by Corsair Armada. The island superstructure, 5"/54 guns, 3"/50 guns and all other parts are 3D printed. There are four frets of photo etch brass for radars and other very fine details and a complete set of decals for the flight deck. The kit comes with 3D printed A3D Skywarriors, F2H Banshees, AD-6, AD-5N, AD-5W Skyraiders, F4D Skyrays and HUP-2 helicopters and authentic decals for the squadrons aboard at the time.
