Hypersonic Models 48071-3 1/48 F-104 Starfighter Lockheed C-2 Ejection Seats (JASDF) for Kinetic Kit

This is a set of C-2 two-seater ejection seats for the F-104 Starfighter, designed for Kinetic kits.

The highly detailed set includes:
- Different forward and aft ejection seats
- Ejection rails
- Canopy de-mister tubing
- Aft canopy "V" brace

The seats feature variations in harness configuration, belt lock, emergency pack, drogue housing, and other details. Each seat has a unique arrangement of harnesses and hoses, including differences between the forward and aft seats.

Based on a 3D scan of a real 1:1 seat, the set covers several variants of this widely used ejection seat. Four types are available depending on operator and timeframe:
- Standard original USAF version, also used by RCAF and other early export operators, until approximately 1968/1969
- NATO European export version, including Luftwaffe, KLu and other operators
- JASDF version
- Upgraded later S/R-2 version, used from late 1968 by the USAF and export operators
