Hatched by the JASDF just in time for the nascent new millenium, the Mitsubishi F-2 is one shell of a plane. Plans for the F-2 were laid out cooperatively by egg heads in Japan and the US. They plucked the F-16 Fighting Falcon to be the base bird and feathered it out with improved electronics, a larger wing span, and other eggsciting improvements to eggstend its usefulness. Since it first rose from the roost, the F-2 has twice been scrambled to send Russian aircraft flapping home. Limited edition kit combo features full decals.
