1/48 F6F Hellcat-Night Fighters Armament(.50cal Brownings&20mm Cannon Tips w/Flash Hiders)
The set includes turned brass barrels and 20mm cannon tips with flash hiders.
It is very simple to use in Your model, and makes it extremely realistic. Simply cut off the original plastic barrel and drill a hole in the remaining plastic parts and insert the metal barrel using Cyanoacrylate adhesives.
Mounting Posiiton:
- Option 1: Most common weapon configuration used on early nightfighter versions. (See Instruction)
- Option 2: Weapon configuration used on some F6F-5N nightfighter. (See Instruction)
Drill holes sizes if needed:
- Drill holes for 0.50 cal browning diameter: 1.1mm
- Drill holes for 20mm cannon diameter: 0.5mm
- Drill holes for blast tubes diameter: 1.2mm
