Brengun BRP144022 1/144 Dewoitine D.520 Foreign Users Plastic Construction kit

Whilst not "shake and bake", this kit does build up into a neat representation of the diminutive D.520. Particular care needs to be taken where the wing attaches to the fuselage if you are to achieve the correct fit. Cockpit detailing is good but note that the opening for the canopy is considerably larger than you might expect as it seems Brengun intend releasing the two-seater D.520DC trainer at a later date. It means that the supplied transparency needs careful masking if it is to appear correct. Brengun makes a canopy mask, but this must be purchased separately. Decals are thin, in-register and adhere well. This boxing allows examples of aircraft that flew with the Luftwaffe, Regia Aeronautica and Bulgarian Air Force. Recommended for those with some modelling experience.
