Arma Hobby 40017 1/48 Hawker Hurricane Mk I Fighter

A Battle of Britain edition of Arma Hobby's 1/48 scale Hawker Hurricane Mk I, dedicated to three aircraft flown by notable pilots during the summer of 1940. The kit combines the late metal-wing Hurricane with distinctive personal and squadron markings associated with Ian "Widge" Gleed, Richard "Jimmi" Gardner and James B. E. Nicolson.

The Hurricane was the workhorse of RAF Fighter Command during the Battle of Britain, carrying a major share of the fighting while operating within Britain's integrated radar, observer and fighter-control system.
