    Product Description
This is a plastic snap fit model kit, which comes unassembled and unpainted. So model paints and other basic modelling tools are additionally required. This "snap fit" model can be assembled without glue.

The standard issue heavy mortar for the German army in World War II was the 8 cm Granatwerfer 34, an 81mm smoothbore mortar with exceptional accuracy and a very high rate of fire. This weapon was designed to be broken down into three pieces, making it easier for a crew of four to transport it along with its ammunition. It was designed to fire both high explosive and smoke shells with a maximum range of about 2400 meters.

The soldiers in this kit are geared for fighting in the winter months, with heavy wool long coats and heavy boots. This gear was typical for units fighting around Moscow during the harsh winter of 1941.

This kit includes one plastic model Soviet mortar from World War II with four soldier crewmen in winter gear. Includes unit flag and unit card for use with the Art of Tactic WWII game. Assembled soldiers are 24mm scale, and the kit includes 25 pieces.
