Aircraft Assembly Jig (Dimensions: 54.6cm x 62.2cm x 19.7cm)

The AJ01 Aircraft Assembly Jig is designed to be fully adjustable, providing precise support for aircraft fuselage and aiding in the alignment of wings to fuselage, particularly for biplane configurations. It facilitates easier assembly and rigging of biplane wings, with an adjustable cradle for the nose and magnetic clamps for securely holding wings and tail sections. The tail clamp's ability to pivot 90 degrees allows for the support of either vertical or horizontal stabilizers, as required. This jig caters to a broad spectrum of scales from 1/72 to 1/24 and is particularly suitable for 1/32 biplane models.

Supplied in kit form, the jig requires assembly with wood glue (not included). The kit includes:

Note that smaller parts may have interconnecting stubs to be removed before assembly, akin to the preparation of plastic model parts from a sprue tree.
