The abrasive grinding plate can be used for cutting, machining and grinding applications.

Available in 9 grit options ranging from #80 to #1200.

How to Use

1. Insert the black section of the abrasive grinding plate fully into the slot of the ZH04 Blade Anchor.
2. Securely tighten the HB03 Blade Fixing Screw. Insufficient tightening may be dangerous during operation.
3. Begin working using the combination of ultrasonic vibration and the abrasive grinding plate.
4. Replace the abrasive grinding plate once the coloured abrasive section has worn down to the black section.

Please Note:

Changes in the length of the grinding plate may cause ultrasonic operation problems.

Ultrasonic cutters are sensitive to the length and shape of the installed blade or accessory. Due to changes in length during use, these grinding plates are compatible only with the models listed above.
