As you can see from the photo, the lower yoke and wheel are rendered as separate parts. We recommend the parts be painted separately. When dry, gently spread both sides of the yoke at the same time until the space between will accomodate the wheel. Then close the sides of the yoke at the same time. ..

The trumpeter kit part renders the retraction arms as one "shape" cast as part of the main gear. The set has two separate arms for each main gear.
