The product can be produced in either the 1935 appearance after the second remodeling or the 1938 appearance when improvements were gradually made.

In 1938, the number of starboard main anchors was reduced to one, the rangefinder was replaced with a 10-meter one, and the floatplane was equipped with a Type 95 seaplane.
