Returns based on product quality issues will only be accepted for defects that prevent normal assembly or use, such as breakage, delamination, deformation, or missing parts.

Unless otherwise specified, supports must be removed from the 3D-printed parts by the customer. Please use appropriate tools and remove them carefully. Accidental damage caused during support removal is not eligible for return or replacement.
