Insufficient Tightening of the Blade Fixing Screw is the Most Common Cause of Problems

Insufficient tightening of this small screw can cause malfunctions and interrupt operation.

If the Blade Fixing Screw is not properly tightened, the Blade Anchor may wear out faster, dirt may accumulate inside the horn, and errors may occur.

This may result in:

Poor transmission of ultrasonic vibration, resulting in reduced cutting performance.

Increased current to the ultrasonic transducer, causing faster overheating.

Faster deterioration of the ultrasonic transducer, potentially requiring replacement and repair.

Faster wear of the Blade Anchor, requiring more frequent replacement.

For reliable and long lasting operation, regularly check and retighten the Blade Fixing Screw and perform routine maintenance.

The SB01 Maintenance Set is recommended for cleaning the inside of the horn.
