1/35 Russian BMP-2D Infantry Fighting Vehicle (IFV)

This is a plastic model kit, which comes unassembled and unpainted. So glue, model paints and other basic modelling tools are additionally required.

Second-generation, amphibious infantry fighting vehicle introduced in the 1980s in the Soviet Union, following on from the BMP-1 of the 1960s. Kit has excellent exterior features (raised rivet heads, engraved panel lines and appropriate weld beads), separate hatches, detailed turret exterior, well detailed suspension and running gear, vinyl track lengths, interior detail (driver's compartment, fighting compartment), turret interior, side skirts, smoke dischargers, 9P135M ATGM launcher, 2A42 30 mm autocannon, separately molded tools and on-vehicle equipment, clear parts, filigree fittings and photo-etch parts (grille, fine details). 5-view colour painting guide for (2) tanks - includes dash panel markings with gauges.
