An Update on our Response to COVID-19

While Melbourne has moved into Stage 4 restrictions, please be assured that nothing has changed for us and we are still up and running normally each business day. During these unprecedented times, our greatest priority is the health and safety of our customers and team members. As we are closely monitoring the changing situation, we are taking every action and precaution throughout our entire workplace. Actions that have been implemented since March include:

  • Increased hygiene practices for the entire workplace with regular cleaning with disinfectant.
  • Increased focus on personal hygiene for all team members with regular hand sanitising (by antibacterial soap and alcohol-based sanitiser).
  • Each item sold is wiped down with alcohol-based sanitiser before shipping.
  • All team members are maintaining safe distances within the workplace.
  • Order processing team are wearing mask and gloves the whole time during picking, checking and packing process.
  • All team members are asked to refrain from coming into work if they exhibit any cold/flu-like symptoms or are at risk.


Dispatch Time


Please be assured that we are open for business as usual and we continue processing all orders as efficiently as usual. However, we had to change our daily cut-off time from 3pm AEST to 2pm because Australia Post has brought forward their parcel collection time by about an hour. Orders placed before cut-off time on Tuesday to Friday will still be shipped on the same day except for extra large items which have to be organised with a separate courier company who can only collect the parcels on the next business day. Orders placed after 10am AEST with shipping method other than Express Post, Express Courier or DHL on Monday might only leave us on Tuesday due to the extremely overwhelming number of orders accumulated over the weekend.

Delivery Time


Please be kindly aware that there have been some expected delays in delivery due to the high volume of parcels and staff shortage within the network of Australia Post and other courier companies. Therefore, please allow additional time for your item to deliver in these difficult circumstances due to the coronavirus COVID-19.

For delivery within Australia, we have noted that it is taking an extra 1~3 days for an Express Post item to arrive while it was normally delivered within 1 business day before. If you are in extremely urgent need, please contact us for options with other courier company.

For delivery outside of Australia, we have been experiencing a higher rate of delivery delays than ever. DHL is currently the most reliable and fastest shipping method for all overseas countries. For Australia Post's Airmail/Registered Airmail shipping method, we have noted it can take over 8 weeks for delivery to some countries.
