1/72 (Snap-Fit) Soviet Engineers 1941-1942 (4 Figures)
(Type: model figures) This is a plastic snap fit model kit, which comes unassembled and unpainted. So model paints and other basic modelling tools are additionally required. This "snap fit" model can be assembled without glue.

This kit includes four plastic model Soviet soldiers using engineering tools, four model barbed wire sets, two model "dragon's teeth" tank barriers, one plastic model bunker, and one plastic model bridge. The fieldworks are not in the same scale as the soldiers.

By World War II, every modern army had specialized units of combat engineers. These highly trained soldiers would not only fight the enemy, but would also undertake a variety of field engineering tasks, such as building bridges, removing minefields, and setting demolition charges to destroy enemy installations.

The Soviet engineers in this kit include one engineer using a hatchet to construct wooden fortifications, two engineers equipped with metal detectors, and one engineer carrying supplies.

This kit also includes eight fieldwork pieces designed for use with the Art of Tactic WWII game.
